Hanne Linding Denmark accepts online payments with; Visa/Dankort, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is dispatched or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-5 business days.
Delivery area: We deliver to all countries within the EU and EEA.
Hanne Linding Denmark ships goods with the following: GLS – Parcel shop
Shipping is calculated based on weight.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal
A 14-day full right of withdrawal is granted on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts the day the order is delivered.
You will have to pay for any return costs yourself.
Wish for regret must be communicated to us no later than 14 after delivery and must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
A wish to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to hl@hannelinding.dk, to which the standard withdrawal form should be completed and sent along (cf. the form at the bottom of the terms and conditions).
Item condition upon return
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means you may try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Hanne Linding Denmark to assess the condition of the item.

Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to Hanne Linding Denmark within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is forfeited in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
Hanne Linding Denmark covers return costs to a reasonable extent.
